Terms of Service

These Terms of Service apply to your access to and use of StudioLens. StudioLens is a self-serve software product operated by the StudioLens team, an independent software team.

By accessing or using StudioLens, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the product.

StudioLens is web-based software that allows users to upload artwork images and receive automated structured visual feedback, artwork analysis, composition analysis, and presentation feedback.

The product is delivered entirely through software. No manual consulting, agency work, custom design services, marketing services, web development services, or other human-delivered services are included.

You are responsible for providing accurate account information and keeping it up to date.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account, including access through Google login, email login, magic links, or any other supported authentication method.

You must notify us if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

StudioLens may offer paid subscriptions, monthly or yearly plans, usage-based limits, or other subscription access options.

If you purchase through Lemon Squeezy, Lemon Squeezy acts as the Merchant of Record for the transaction and handles payment processing, tax calculation, invoices or receipts, refunds, chargebacks, and related transaction compliance. StudioLens does not directly store full credit card details.

Subscriptions may renew automatically unless you cancel before the end of the current billing period. Pricing, plan limits, and available features may change over time, but we will aim to present billing information clearly before purchase.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. After cancellation, you will continue to have access to paid features until the end of your current billing period.

Fees already paid are generally not prorated or refunded for unused time after cancellation, except where required by applicable law.

If you believe there was a duplicate charge, billing error, technical error, or an issue that prevented access to paid features, please contact support@studiolensapp.com. We will review these requests on a case-by-case basis.

You retain ownership of artwork, images, text, prompts, analysis requests, and other content you upload or submit to StudioLens.

You grant StudioLens a limited permission to process your content only as needed to provide the requested analysis, operate the product, troubleshoot issues, protect the service, prevent abuse, and improve product reliability.

StudioLens does not claim ownership of the copyright in your artwork.

StudioLens analysis and feedback may be generated by AI systems, automated systems, or related software tools.

Outputs are provided for creative feedback, educational, and informational purposes only. We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, artistic improvement, commercial results, sales results, portfolio success, gallery acceptance, client approval, or any other specific outcome.

You are responsible for reviewing outputs, using your own judgment, and deciding how to apply any feedback.

You may not upload or submit content that is illegal, infringing, malicious, sexually explicit, hateful, harassing, privacy-invasive, or unauthorized.

You may not abuse the system, bypass limits, attack the service, scrape at scale, reverse engineer the product, interfere with other users, or use StudioLens in a way that violates applicable law.

StudioLens branding, interface, software, copy, design, code, and related product materials are owned by StudioLens or its licensors.

You may not copy, resell, sublicense, reverse engineer, or misuse StudioLens except as allowed by these Terms or applicable law.

StudioLens may rely on third-party providers for hosting, authentication, analytics, payments, email delivery, AI processing, infrastructure, and related operations.

Third-party services may process data according to their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party services that we do not control.

We work to keep StudioLens available and useful, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free operation.

As an early-stage software product, StudioLens may be updated, paused, maintained, modified, or discontinued in whole or in part.

We may suspend or terminate access to StudioLens if you violate these Terms, create risk for the product or other users, or use the product unlawfully.

You may stop using StudioLens or cancel your subscription at any time.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, StudioLens and the StudioLens team will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, business interruption, or similar losses.

StudioLens is provided as a software tool, and you are responsible for decisions made using any outputs or information generated by the product.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the Last updated date on this page.

Your continued use of StudioLens after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
