What am I paying for?
You are paying for access to StudioLens, a self-serve software product that provides automated artwork analysis and structured visual feedback. StudioLens does not provide manual consulting, agency work, or custom design services.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time. After cancellation, you will keep access to paid features until the end of your current billing period.
Do you offer refunds?
We generally do not offer prorated refunds for unused time after cancellation, except where required by applicable law. However, if you believe there was a billing error, duplicate charge, or technical issue that prevented access to paid features, please contact support@studiolensapp.com and we will review the case.
Who processes payments?
If you purchase through Lemon Squeezy, Lemon Squeezy acts as the Merchant of Record for the transaction and handles payment processing, tax calculation, invoices or receipts, refunds, chargebacks, and related transaction compliance. StudioLens does not directly store full credit card details.
Is StudioLens a service or consulting business?
No. StudioLens is a self-serve web-based software product. We do not provide manual consulting, marketing services, design services, web development, or custom human-delivered work.
